Conn Connstellation Bb Trumpet (Pre-owned)

Great playing Conn Connstellation 38 dating from c.1957.  Some small areas of lacquer and plating wear.  Valves feel good.  Overall in excellent playing condition.  Sold with Bach hard case, selection of mutes and Schilke mouthpiece.  S/N 678851  (0207 3162)

The lead-pipe ferule is engraved 'Constellation A' which would make it a long model cornet. At some point the mouthpiece receiver has been changed to take a trumpet mouthpiece - the engraved ferule has also been shortened to accommodate. picture below is of an unmodified 28A constellation for comparison.
