Vincent Cichowicz’ Long Tone and Flow Studies for Trombone, Euphonium and Tuba contains bass clef versions of Vincent Cichowicz’s VC 1 Long Tone Studies along with the first 40 of his Flow Studies adapted and arranged for trombone, euphonium and tuba by Los Angeles studio trombonist and arranger, Nick Lane. What Nick has done is to make sure all of the etudes were transcribed into easily executable keys and registers for both slide and valved low brass instruments. The etudes have all been play tested and contain appropriate markings to help the student interpret the etudes in the manner the composer intended.
