The C190 series features five models with distinct build styles. Each model is designed to meet the technical demands of today’s players, offering the flexibility to find the perfect fit for any playing style or performance need.

C190SL229

Developed with Bach Artist Michael Sachs, Principal Trumpet of The Cleveland Orchestra. The redesigned 25M leadpipe, wide wrap and wide Z-brace construction, along with the standard-weight #229 bell, deliver a broad, rich sound. Ideal for players seeking the unmistakable, classic ‘Elkhart Bach’ C trumpet sound.

C190SL229C

Developed with Bach Artist Esteban Batallán, Principal Trumpet of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. The new 25E leadpipe, narrow wrap, narrow Z-brace construction, and lighter Mt. Vernon-weight #229 bell deliver a focused, brilliant sound and quick response. The short 1st and 3rd tuning slides give the player additional tuning options.

C190SL229X

Drawing inspiration from early Elkhart model C trumpets (1965–1980), the C190SL229X features the Bach “X” bore main tuning slide (.462” top leg and crook and .459” lower leg). The 25H leadpipe, wide wrap, and wide Z-brace construction, paired with a lighter Mt. Vernon-weight #229 bell, deliver a broad sound with more ring and lightning-fast response.

C190SL229F

Drawing inspiration from the unique New York-era Bach C trumpets (Bronx, NY, 1928–1953), the C190SL229F is constructed with a redesigned 25C leadpipe, narrow wrap, narrow Z-brace, and standard-weight #229 bells with French beads, delivering a focused, colourful sound.

C190SL238VF

Developed with Bach Artist and international soloist Tine Thing Helseth. The redesigned 25C leadpipe, narrow wrap, narrow Z-brace construction, and a lighter Mt. Vernon-weight #238 bell deliver a warm, singing sound and quick response. The C190SL238VF has a Vindabona bore main tuning slide (.459" top leg and crook and .462" bottom leg). Ideal for chamber music and solo performances.
